DG Fuels engaged EDYMAC as a strategic and technical advisor for the development of a fully integrated U.S. biorefinery that will convert corn stover and woody biomass into Synthetic Aviation Fuel (SAF).

The project brings together multiple proprietary technology systems spanning biomass gasification, syngas conditioning, Fischer-Tropsch synthesis, hydroprocessing, hydrogen production, synthetic aromatic kerosene, and large-scale power generation.

EDYMAC joined the project during its FEL-2 Refresh, supporting technology integration, engineering strategy, contractor evaluation, and the transition toward FEL-3 engineering.

Working alongside the project team, EDYMAC supported the evaluation of Tier-1 engineering contractors, contributed to the FEL-3 transition, and helped align technical strategy with the commercial narrative presented to prospective debt and equity financing partners.

EDYMAC also supported negotiation of the Operations & Maintenance framework for the initial St. James Parish facility, establishing the basis for operational support from detailed engineering through startup and commercial production.

The engagement spans the full project-development chain—from technology integration and engineering execution to financing strategy and operational readiness.
